Ramon en Palenque

Stemming from the Colombian diaspora in Switzerland, Palenque la Papayera present Colombia’s Caribbean tradition. Their repertoire is based on the region’s main rhythms and festive styles: the cumbia, porro, puya and fandango. Palenque la Papayera can either play in concert, with a singer, or as street performances and parades. Aiming to get deeper into this wast repertoire and to promote it in Europe, the band regularly performs in Switzerland, France and Italy
